Terms of Service

These terms cover the LPZ Barber Shop website, booking site, check-in tablet, and wall display, operated by LPZ Barber Shop LLC.

Booking and walk-ins

You can book an appointment online or join the walk-in line at the shop. Booking online requires an email address so we can confirm your appointment and you can manage it later. Every booking gets a confirmation code; keep it.

Walk-ins receive a display code shown on the screen in the shop. Watch the screen, or listen for your code. Wait times shown are estimates, not guarantees.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancel through the booking site or by calling the shop. If you are not present when your code is called, we may give the chair to the next person and mark the visit a no-show. Repeated no-shows may affect whether we hold a chair for you in future.

Text messages

Text notifications are optional. Reply STOP to stop them, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Payment

Payment is taken in person at the shop. Prices shown online are current prices and may change.

Acceptable use

Do not use our systems to submit false information, join the line under someone else's details, or interfere with the service for others.

Availability

We aim to keep these systems running during shop hours, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the system is down, come in and we will handle the line the old-fashioned way.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LPZ Barber Shop LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of these systems, including missed turns caused by delayed or undelivered notifications.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
